Ingredients
459g of unskimmed yoghurt
350g mixed red fruits
300g whipped cream
200g of sugar
12g of isinglass
honey as much as needed

honey as much as needed
Mix the yoghurt with 3 spoonfuls of honey, then add the melted isinglass.
Let all cool down and when the compound begins to get set, add the whipped cream.
Let it chill for three hours.
Cook the red fruit on a blazing flame until they are soft.
Serve in small bowls laced with fresh red fruit.
